We specialize in constructing new buildings covering the full spectrum of trades and have a comprehensive quality control wherein clients sign off on all stages of the construction. We also have method statements for all the various trades which are backed by inspection reports and material certificates. Our clients can rest assured that we will deliver our best efforts at all times.
Our in-house Safety, Health, Environment and Quality department gives our clients complete peace of mind regarding these important issues.
Collectively we have fifty years’ experience in the maintenance, repairs and renovations of buildings. Our maintenance operations manager, Cedric De Wet has over thirty years’ experience doing maintenance repairs and renovations. He is a qualified carpenter and successfully operated his own business for many years.

Heidi manages the HR department and shares Sedick’s (her husband) passion for exceeding their client’s expectations.
She works closely with Sedick to build the MSD team and uphold their wellbeing and is the driving force behind improving and encouraging individual and organization effectiveness.
Heidi is in the final stage of completing a BA Psych degree.

OFFICE MANAGER
Elizabeth is the extremely welcoming personality you speak to when you call MSD. In the short time that she has been with the company she has already “moved mountains”. She is intolerant of anyone who might ruin MSD’s reputation – she really is the “mother” of the company and strives to keep our clients the no 1 priority.
